For this, a personalized book was designed that we called "Life Stories", a sort of blog of experiences that contained the name of the collaborator, the years of experience in the company (5 Bronze, 10 Silver, 15 Gold), a list of options with experiences to choose as a prize and blank sheets to continue telling their own story.

The result was a diploma and a book with a square spine, sewn by thread, with a low-relief stamp and silk-screen printing. An incunabula, which each collaborator can treasure as a testimony of their time at MELI.
