Adn MELI, Energía Emprendedora, is the name of the campaign with which the Mercado Libre internal culture project was launched.
At Meridian/ADV we develop the communication pieces for the activation of the Program, aimed at the leaders in charge of carrying out the project.
For this we made a Kit that contained: a communication letter presenting the campaign, Decision cards with the "MELI Principles", a kind of basic pillars of the internal culture, a Boocklet for Leaders with inspiring premises and texts, notepads and InHouse activities for teamwork.
